Leonard graduated from the Schulich School of Business in 1979 and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1982. He has been a partner in public accounting practice since 1983 providing advice to management and owners of privately held corporations, partnerships, trusts and professionals. He provides strategic business advice with a view to issues dealing with tax minimization and estate planning, restructuring, banking and creditor proofing, business and operations management and wealth preservation and succession. His clients operate in the construction industry from land development to construction and property management, the automobile industry through numerous dealerships, leasing companies and associations and numerous other varied industries including the manufacturing, retail and wholesale distributions sectors.
Sergio Urbano, CPA, CA
Sergio Urbano holds a degree in Public Accounting from the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina. He obtained his Chartered Accountant designation after moving to Canada. With over 30 years of experience in the public accounting field, Sergio provides assurance and business management services and is responsible for managing education and professional standard compliance for the firm.
Evan Zuk, CPA
Evan initially graduated with a Double Major in Biology & Philosophy from The University of Western Ontario before pursuing Accounting. He went on to Receive his CPA designation and Public Accounting License through CPA Ontario after he passed the CFE. He provides services including tax planning, tax minimization strategies and operations management as well as succession and estate planning. He has served clients in a wide range of industries and across many sectors. He specializes in offering strategic advice tailored to the unique needs of his clients. No two clients are the same and he believes the solutions he offers his clients must reflect their distinctive circumstances and goals.
