After graduating from the University of Toronto, Harvey obtained his designation as a Chartered Accountant in 1962. One of the original founding partners in the firm, he actively supervises a portion of the firms personal income tax practice and acts as an executor of a number of estates, in addition to consulting in areas of estate planning, wills, probate minimization, asset and accumulated wealth preservation and various personal and corporate taxation issues.
Leonard Zuk, BBA, CPA, CA
Leonard graduated from the Schulich School of Business in 1979 and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1982. He has been a partner in public accounting practice since 1983 providing advice to management and owners of privately held corporations, partnerships, trusts and professionals. He provides strategic business advice with a view to issues dealing with tax minimization and estate planning, restructuring, banking and creditor proofing, business and operations management and wealth preservation and succession. His clients operate in the construction industry from land development to construction and property management, the automobile industry through numerous dealerships, leasing companies and associations and numerous other varied industries including the manufacturing, retail and wholesale distributions sectors.
Sergio Urbano, CPA, CA
Sergio Urbano holds a degree in Public Accounting from the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina. He obtained his Chartered Accountant designation after moving to Canada in 1992. With over 30 years of experience in the public accounting field, Sergio provides assurance and business management services and is responsible for managing education and professional standard compliance for the firm.
